Do you offer recurring property support?
Discuss the frequency, responsibilities, and coverage your property needs. Recurring arrangements are scoped and confirmed before an agreement is finalized.
How are pricing and materials handled?
Pricing depends on the service, location, schedule, staffing, and project requirements. The proposal identifies who supplies materials such as bags, bulbs, salt, and other consumables.
What about licensing, credentials, and insurance?
Current documents and applicable qualifications are reviewed during project qualification. Security assignments proceed only after applicable agency licensing and personnel credentials are verified. Fireguard assignments require the appropriate FDNY credentials. Request project-specific documentation before contracting.
